You can print the resume on regular paper. It will be stapled to the headshot and does not need a heavier backing since the headshot will be sturdier paper. Pure white is best.

Regular paper. You can print the resumes yourself on a home computer and staple to the back of the headshot facing outwards. So on one side you see the photo and when you turn it over, then you will see the resume.

What if my child is doing both acting and modeling? I have headshots and compcards. However, the compcards have all her stats, info and cell phone but do not have my email address will that be a problem or is that what you mean to use a return address label?

Since my twin and I are doing acting does this mean that we need 100 resume’s on the back of our 100 head shots? If you could let me know as soon as possible , that would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Sorry if this info is provided elsewhere, but I assume a formal off-white heavier stock is preferred for the printed resume. Is that right? Do you have different advice? Should it be pure white, off-white, color? Standard paper thickness or harder card stock?

Hi Bianca,

If you are only doing modeling, you do not need a resume. Resume’s go on the back of acting head shots. Are you doing headshots as well as comp cards? Just make sure if you are using comp cards only that you put your cell and email address on the card. I like to use a return address label to do this.

Since the model resumes won’t be attached to the comp cards can we use both sides of one sheet, or two sheets one side? We are having trouble fitting everything on there and make it look neat and professional at the same time!

Photos are not required to be professional, but if funds are not an issue then we recommend it. And yes, every participant must have a resume.
